Portfolio time....

Ok so today I've been working on my portfolio and getting my imagery all ready for that and onto disk, so whilst I'm working on that here a few finalised flat design work, which will be going into my Portfolio! 

These two pieces come from a collection inspired from linear illustrative drawings, architectural drawings and plans for interiors // highlighted with bold black geometric's and block coloring! Design outcome high end fashion fabrics and interior pieces...

Hello there ok well i thought it was about time to uploaded some of my FMP... I've been meaning to do this for some time (sorry) My final degree show consisted of a fashion and interior collection, designed for Spring/Summer 2012. My designs in this collection tend to be very graphic in nature, with a playful twist. Patterns are created digitally and then digitally and screen-printed for raw colour. Working with the idea that simple patterns can be manipulated and take a life of their own, through placement and the process of screen-printing.  Any way here's a collection of 5 Prints I've been working on, some of the pattern work merges into my fabric designs, so my collection comes across as cohesive in style. 

Missoni Fall-Winter 2011/2012

The new Fall-Winter 2011-12 season is a true festival of retro styles and loving the tones and colours coming from this collection.  However, the typical bright Missoni patterns have not disappeared, which is decorated with bright warm prints. The palette of the new Missoni collection is traditional for the autumn, but the colors are no less beautiful: mustard, olive-green, and dark purple hues are combined with flashes of bright red, orange, and turquoise. Time to be inspired by this color pallet :)

Such a beautiful editorial , from the February issue of Vogue Italian, such a strong shoot and i have certainly have taken inspiration from the mood that had been created and transferred it in to my sketch book!, i do <3 this...
